I am very happy to announce that Pixels & Art Design has now set up a selection of Challenges and we know you will love to take part in what we have panned for you.

Closing Sale and New Products

It is with heavy heart that I've decided to close my store at My Memories. I've been a good challenge for me there and I've met some wonderful people but the time has come for me to reassess where I am at with my scrapbook design and I've decided to be an exclusive designer at Pixels & Art Design.

New product release - Mr Percival

Mr Percival (1976 - 2 September, 2009) was an Australian Pelican, noted for his appearance in the 1976 Australian film Storm Boy. He was one of three trained pelicans used in the film, based on the novel of the same name. He lived at the Marineland aquarium until it closed in 1988, then at the Adelaide Zoo. Mr Percival, whose zoo name was Gringo, fathered seven chicks with his partner Alto, the last in 2007.

He died of old age on 2 September 2009

This was the inspiration for the naming and creation of this kit. I had been on holidays on Kangaroo Island, off the coast of South Australia and I've not ever seen so many pelicans in one place and I knew I had to work them into a kit somehow. Also one of my favourite stories as a child was Storm Boy....so the kit was born.

Easter at Pixels and Art Design

Well what have we got for you????? lots to share....Easter Egg Hunts in the store and forum, plus sales galore.

So much I don't know where to start....how about we do the Easter Egg hunts first and go from there.

We have an Easter Egg hunt in our store so I hope you've all had some fun collecting all your Easter goodies from our fantastic designers but the fun hasn't finished yet because I've heard that we've had the Easter Bunny visit our forum too and left lots of presents for you here as well.
